The Yale Alumni Real Estate Association (YAREA) is a group of alumni from Yale College and various professional and graduate schools at Yale who share an interest—professional or personal—in real estate.
YAREA was founded in New York City in 2006 and has a membership of approximately 250 professionals in and around New York City. Among us are lawyers, investors, lenders, brokers, developers, architects and advisors. At present, we are beginning to broaden our reach beyond the New York area.
I. Strengthen relationships and community.

II. Provide real estate industry-related education and intellectual resources.

Provide mentoring and career guidance for students and alumni
III. Serve as a real estate industry resource for Yale and its various constituents
